We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or refund you subject to the terms below.

You need to notify us of your intention to return within 7 days of delivery by emailing mail@womanomics.net and the garment needs to be returned to us within 14 days therafter.  

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unwashed. It must also be in the original packaging. We will collect the product from you and deliver the requested product to you at no charge (in the case of an exchnage)

 

For exchanges

Products can be exchanged for a different size provided that the requested sizes are available, and is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. One exchange per purchase. If the requested size is not immediately available, we will refund you with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of you logging the return.

For returns and refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We cannot do refunds or credit before we receive your item back. Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 - 10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged and not in a re-saleable condition, unless the defect was originally on our side. We won’t be held responsible for any damage caused by general wear and tear. We endeavour to use best possible quality fabrics, & manufacture with great care.

 

Delivery Areas

We currently delivery to all areas in Gauteng. If your area falls outside of this range, please contact us directly so that we can make arrangements for you.

 

Delivery Prices

We charge a standard fee of R100 for delivery in the Gauteng area. This covers orders of 15kg and less. We may email you regarding additional costs after receiving quote from courier should your order exceed 15kg.

 

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is  Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. Orders need to be placed byThurs at 10am to receive delivery in that week. All orders placed after this will be delivered on the following week.

Please allow 3-5 days for your ordered to be delivered from confirmation and payment.

Delivery Process

We will notify you as soon as your order leaves our premises and will be in constant communication along the way until your parcel arrives safely at your location. Please ensure that you have your correct details when completing your order (email address, cell phone number and address). Any incorrect information will result in a delay in your delivery.

 

Collection points

You have the option to collect your order from our offices in Rivonia, Sandton. Kindly choose this option when checking out and we will notify you once your order is ready for collection. Please ensure that your contact details are correct to avoid unnecessary delays
